Defendants Monson, Lynde, Dunn and Griffin, through counsel, submit this Notice of Errata regarding the Stipulation to Dismiss filed on December 15, 2006, Docket Number 205. The Stipulation signed and filed by the parties included the dismissal of the City of Phoenix and State Law claims against the Defendants.1 The Proposed Order submitted to the Court, however, inadvertently included language regarding the dismissal of Plaintiff's punitive damages claim. This Order was subsequently signed by the Court on December 15 2006.2 Defendants advised Plaintiff's counsel of the inadvertent error on December 17, 2006, two days after the Court signed the Order.3 Plaintiff's counsel
