this Court enter an Order permitting them to file a motion for summary judgment which exceeds the

page limitations set forth in L R.1Civ. 712. By their Motion for Summary Tudgment, Defendants seek

judgment of five claims asserted against them by Plaintiff QC Construction Products, LLC, and

I iudgment in favor of`Defendant/ Counterclaimant Cohills Building Specialties, Inc, as to its
2 counterclaim for breach ofcontract Given the large number of claims at issue in this Motion, the need
3 to cite sufticient factual background so as to demonstrate to the Court that genuine disputes ofmaterial
-4 fact do not exist with respect to these claims, and the need to set forth sufficient legal analysis so as to
5 advise the Court as to why the relief requested therein is warranted, Defendants believe leave to exceed
6 the presumptive l7 page limit set forth in L.R,Civ, 7 2 is warranted
7 For this reason, Defendants hereby r·quest this Court to enter its Order granting them leave to
8 file their Motion for Summary Judgment, which exceeds the page limitations for motions established
9 by this Court
