Exhibits 1 and 5(a) are admitted. Cross examination begins. Exhibit 43 admitted. 11:48 Recess taken. 01:04 Court reconvenes, trial resumes. John C. Akram testifies further on cross examination. Re-direct, exhibits 31 and 30 are admitted and the witness is excused. Allen C. Miles, Phillip LaBlanc are sworn, examined and excused. 02:05 Recess taken. 02:23 Court reconvenes. Douglas Brown sworn and examined. The witnesses is excused with leave to be recalled by Defense counsel.
