Final judgment having been entered, Defendants filed a Bill of Costs on November 14, 2006, seeking the taxation of $4,125.05. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $1,825.05 claimed, only $892.40 is allowed. (No Video Depositions, Reporter Attendance or ASCII allowed - Total of Legible Invoice Copies.) 2. Witness Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(4), of the $2,300.00 claimed, only $40.00 is allowed. It is therefore ordered that $932.40 be taxed by the clerk and made part of the judgment.
