The parties, through undersigned counsel, stipulate to a continuation of the hearing presently set for February 13, 2007 at 3:30 p.m. On February 8, 2007 counsel for the County was referred to a medical specialist and given an appointment that conflicts with the currently scheduled hearing date and time. It is imperative that she keep this appointment. Under the circumstances, the parties request that the Court continue the hearing until a date and time that is convenient to the parties and the Court or, alternatively, permit Randall H. Warner, Ms. Staton's partner, who prepared all the briefing regarding the pending issues to appear in her stead.
