JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND THE DEADLINE TO FILE RESPONSES TO CROSS-MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

The parties hereby request that the Court grant an extension until September 1, 2005, for the parties to file their responses to the summary judgment motions filed with this Court on July 18, 2005. L.R.Civ. 56.1 of the Rules for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona provides that the parties have thirty (30) days after service of a summary judgment motion within which to serve and file a responsive memoranda in opposition. The parties request this extension of time to accommodate the schedules of counsel of record in this matter.
