JUDGMENT ON DEFAULT
Pursuant to the court's order ruling upon plaintiff's
motion for default judgment:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DirecTV, Inc., is
awarded judgment on its claims against defendants Rose Marin and A
Alfredo Marin as follows:
(1) Plaintiff is awarded.a money judgment against defen-
dants Rose Marin and Alfredo Marin in the principal sunnof $2,000.00
on plaintiff's first cause of action.

(2) Plaintiff's second, third, fourth, and fifth causes
of action are dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, this case is
now decided as to all claims as between plaintiff and the Marin
defendants. This is a final judgment pursuant to Rule 54(b),
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
(3) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961, plaintiff DirecTV,
Inc., is awarded post-judgment interest at the rate of ____% per
annum from the date of entry of judgment until the judgment is
satisfied. `
(4) Plaintiff may make application for an award of costs
and attorney fees pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § U.S.C. 605(e)(3)(B)(iii).
