JUDGMENT ON DEFAULT .
Pursuant to the court's order ruling upon plaintiff’s
motion for default judgment:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DirecTV, Inc., is
awarded judgment on its claims against defendants Chris J. Milburn
and Brandi Milburn as follows:
(1) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defen-
dants Chris J. Milburn and Brandi Milburn in the principal sum of
$2,000.00 on plaintiff's first cause of action.i

(2) Plaintiff’s second, third, fourth, and fifth causes
of action are dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, this case is
now decided as to all claims as between plaintiff and the Milburn
defendants. This is a final judgment pursuant to Rule 54(b),
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
(3) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 5 1961, plaintiff DirecTV,
Inc., is awarded pest-judgment interest at the rate of ____% per
annum from the date of entry of judgment until the judgment is
satisfied.
‘ (4) Plaintiff may make application for an award of costs
and attorney fees pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § U.S.C. 605(e)(3)(B)(iii).
