On June 24, 2008, the Court entered an Order (#172) setting a telephonic discovery conference for July 29, 2008. The parties appeared at that time, but due to changes in the Court's telephone system, the conference could not be completed. The Court will reset that conference. In addition, the Court notes that the parties' Stipulation to Submit Materials for In Camera Review, filed June 20, 2008 (#167) remains pending. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties shall participate with the Court in a telephonic discovery conference on: Monday, September 22, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Counsel for defendants shall be responsible for arranging for and initiating the conference call, including any necessary arrangements with prison personnel, and may contact the Court at (928) 329-4766. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties' Stipulation to Submit Materials for In Camera Review, filed June 20, 2008 (#167) is GRANTED.
