Defendants Carr and Stewart hereby give notice that undersigned counsel has contacted authorities at Arizona State Prison Complex ("ASPC")-Eyman to resolve Plaintiff's issue regarding access to his legal books. Undersigned counsel learned that ASPC-Eyman personnel have received no inmate letters from Plaintiff regarding any issues with his legal books. Plaintiff is in possession of 10 books, which is the maximum allowed under ADC policy. In addition, ASPC-Eyman staff informed undersigned counsel that they would be conducting a book exchange with Plaintiff today to ensure that he has whatever legal books he needs.
