The court has considered Petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration (and Clarification of Request) (doc. # 62). The court has discovered that the Clerk of Court was mailing copies of documents directly to Petitioner in error but has been advised by the Clerk that future mailings will not be sent to Petitioner so long as he is represented by counsel. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration is denied as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk update the electronic case file to reflect Petitioner's current inmate address. DATED this 1st day of August 2007.
