The court appointed Ms. Natale under the Criminal Justice Act to represent Petitioner in the district court proceedings (doc. # 42). That order was later vacated in part when the court reinstated the stay (doc. # 44), but Ms. Natale's appointment in the district court is not terminated. This court, however, has denied several motions (docs. # 31, 43, 45) filed by Petitioner to appoint Ms. Natale in the state court proceedings. It is the Clerk of Court's procedure to serve notice of filed documents on parties through counsel of record. Because Ms. Natale represents Petitioner in this case, the request to mail documents to Petitioner will be denied at this time. /// /// ///
