noted by the attached Exhibit, the clerk routinely mails papers to the Petitioner--but to a very old address. The clerk's office

has ignored Petitioner's previous filings informing all concerned of his current address, e.g. doc. #50 filed June 22, 2007 and doc. #51 filed July 2, 2007.

The attached Exhibit is a printout of the service section from the clerk's cover sheet for document #61 (this Court's order denying his motion) in which the clerk indicates who it served and how--including mailing to Mr. Simmons. Clearly

the clerk has ignored documents #50 and #51--which is why Mr. Simmons asks this Court to order the clerk to change the mailing address it has on file for Mr. Simmons. As long as the clerk is mailing papers to Petitioner he asks that they be sent to his current address. For the foregoing

reasons Petitioner asks this Court to reconsider. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 30th day of July, 2007.
