O R D E R Motion for New Trial; Motion for Reconsideration; Motion for Rehearing Defendants have filed a combined motion for new trial, for reconsideration, and for rehearing.1 The motion is opposed.

Oral argument has not been requested and is not deemed necessary. There was no trial in this case. After repeated refusals on the part of defendants to allow discovery, their default was entered; and, after notice to the defendants, a default judgment was entered against them. While the defendants stated a position

with regard to the motion for entry of default judgment, the defendants requested no hearing as to damages.

The court perceives no basis whatever for a trial or rehearing in this case. Defendants' moving papers do not
