17 Pursuant to the Courfs June 21, 2005 ruling on plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc.’s Motion
18 for Entry of Default Judgment as to defendants Celia Trevino and Alfredo Trevino, the _
19 Court finds as follows: I
20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. is awarded judgment on
21 its claims against defendants jointly and severally as follows:
22 (1) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendants in the principal
__ 23 sum of $1,000.00 on plaintiffs first cause of action. I
24 (2) Plaintiffs second cause of action is dismissed with prejudice as to
25 defendants. I I
26 - (3) Plaintiffs third cause of action is dismissed with prejudice as to
27 defendants. . .
28 (4) Plaintiffs fourth cause of action against defendants is dismissed with

1 prejudice. Accordingly, this ease is now decided as to all claims and all parties. i

. I 5 (6) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff is the prevailing party in this
