18 Defendant Officer Bingamin, by and through undersigned counsel,
19 and for good cause, respectfully requests the Court extend the deadline for the
20 filing of dispositive motions in this case for an additional thirty days, from
21 December 5, 2005 to January 5, 2006.
22 Undersigned counsel substituted in as counsel on this case in November,

1 2005 after previous counsel left County employment. At this point, the
2 Defendant is still in the process of obtaining medical records on the Plaintiff,
3 including medical records from the Arizona Department of Corrections.
4 Defendant believes these medical records would be relevant to a Motion for
5 Summary Judgment. Therefore, Defendant respectfully requests an additional
6 thrity days in which to file any such a motion.
7 Defendant does not believe Plaintiff would be prejudiced by any delay.
