16 have set forth reasons why this motion should be granted in their favor in the attached Memorandum

20 Plaintiffs respectfully request the Court grant its Order allowing Plaintiffs 15 additional days
21 to respond due to the fact La Paz Counties Motion at bar did not arrive in Plaintiffs Mail until after
22 the Court sent plaintiffs la cautionary order advising plaintiffs of the deadline to answer La Paz
23 Defendants Summary Judgment Motion, Plaintiffs after ree., the Courts- Order sent a letter to La Paz
24 Counties Attorneys who thereafter did forward to Plaintiffs a oopy of the Motion at bar.
