17 their Motion for Summary J udgmeut, to Plaintiffs Ptusuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 5(b). _

21 Plaintiffs comes before the Court to request the Court Order La Paz Defendants et. al. to
22 forward all future documents via certified mail return receipt requested. To include La Paz

1 In light of the fact that the La Paz Defendants neglected to provide Plaintiffs with a copy of
2 their Motion for Summary Judgment, when filed, Plaintiffs are not able to respond as Ordered by

4 Plaintiffs wish to Notice the Court that this is not the only time the La Paz County Defendants have
5 failed to provide Plaintiffs with a Copy of their filed Pleadings. Plaintiffs’ respectfully Motion the Court
6 for its Order commanding La Paz Defendants et. al. to Forward all Future Documents to via Certified
