17 joint status report forwarded by the SEC on the evening of January 30, 2006 prior to the 18 January 31, 2006 filing deadline. After reviewing the joint status report, Mr. Kenyon 19 substantially joins in the report but believes that the SEC's statement that it has "not received 20 any response" to its settlement offer is inaccurate.
