deposit into a trust account at Damasco & Associates so as to pay all tax liability on the funds previously deposited in the Court's registry account for purposes of distribution to a group of the mutual funds that were improperly traded as alleged in the Complaint ("Distribution Fund"). If any of this amount remains after Damasco & Associates has satisfied all tax liability on the Distribution Fund and after the Distribution Fund has been distributed, that remainder shall be paid to the United States Treasury. 3. A check in the amount of $4,500 shall be issued from the

Court's registry account in this action and mailed to Damasco & Associates LLP, 505 Sansome Street, Suite 1701, San Francisco, California, 94111, for payment of Damasco & Associates' fee for its work as Court-appointed tax administrator. 4. The remainder of the funds in the Court's registry account in

this action shall be distributed forthwith, but in no event later than June 1, 2006, in accordance with paragraph 5 of this Court's December 16, 2005 Order Granting Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission's Motion for (1) Permission to Deposit Funds into the Court's Registry Account; (2) Approval of a Distribution Plan; (3) Appointment of a Tax Administrator; and (4) Payment of Fees to the Tax Administrator.
