Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed February 6, 2006 (#118). This motion seeks an extension of time until February 10, 2006 for Plaintiff to reply in support of his Motion to Compel (#108), citing Plaintiff's hospitalization, misplacement of his legal materials, etc. Defendants did not respond to this motion. Subsequently, on February 16, 2005, Plaintiff filed a second Motion for Enlargement of Time, seeking to extend the deadline to February 14, 2006, citing inability to make copies, etc. This motion was filed at the same time that Plaintiff's Motion to Exceed Page Limits was filed, seeking leave to exceed the limits for his reply by three pages, citing Plaintiff's use of handwriting as cause, and submitting a proposed reply in support of the motion to compel. Defendants have not responded to these motions. The Court finds good cause to grant the motions to extend and the motions to exceed. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed February 6, 2006 (#118) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages, filed February 16, 2006 (#120) is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court shall filed Plaintiff's lodged Reply in support of his Motion to Compel (#108). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to Reply, filed February 16, 2006 (#121) is GRANTED to the extent that the lodged Reply directed
