Under consideration is Defendant James' Motion for Enlargement of Deadline, filed September 26, 2006 (#127). Defendant seeks a thirty day extension of the October 2, 2006 deadline for filing the partes' joint proposed pretrial order, citing as cause the recent substitution of defense counsel and delays in coordinating drafts with Plaintiff. Plaintiff has not responded to the motion. The Court finds good cause. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant James' Motion for Enlargement of Deadline, filed September 26, 2006 (#127) is GRANTED. The parties shall lodge their joint proposed pretrial order on or before November 1, 2006.
