The Court entered a Scheduling Order on August 27, 2004 (#8). That order required the parties to confer and lodge a proposed pretrial order within 30 days of the filing of the court's ruling on the last dispositive motion that does not dispose of the case. On August 11, 2006, the Court ruled (#134) on the parties' dispositive motions. To date, the parties have not lodged their proposed order. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties shall lodge their proposed pretrial order within fifteen (15) days of the filing of this Order.
