UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion to Extend, filed December 7, 2006 (#149). Although no response to the motion has been filed, and the time to respond has not yet run, the Court finds that neither a response nor a reply are necessary to a fair adjudication of the motion. Plaintiff seeks a three day extension of time to serve his proposed changes to the jointly proposed pretrial order on Defendants, as ordered. (See Order 11/21/06, #147 (requiring service by December 5, 2006).) Plaintiff cites delays in making photocopies in the prison law library as cause for the delay.) On the same date that the current motion was filed, Plaintiff filed his Notice of Service (#150) reflecting his service of such modifications. The Court finds good cause for the delay. Also under consideration is Defendants' Motion to Extend, filed December 14, 2006 (#152), seeking a two day extension of time on the December 18, 2006 deadline for the parties to file their jointly proposed pretrial order, etc. Defendants relate that copies with Plaintiff's changes have been forwarded to Plaintiff, and that they are awaiting their return. The Court finds that neither a response nor a reply are necessary to a fair adjudication of this motion as well. The Court finds good cause for the delay. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Extend, filed December 7, 2006 (#149) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Extend, filed December 14,
