Under consideration is Defendants' Motion for Enlargement of Time to File Dispositive Motions, filed July 12, 2005 (#71). Defendants seek an extension until August 31, 2005, citing ongoing discovery as cause for the delay. Plaintiff has no objection. The Court finds good cause. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Enlargement of Time to File Dispositive Motions, filed July 12, 2005 (#71) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following schedule shall apply in this matter: 1. 2. Dispositive Motions shall be filed on or before August 31, 2005. Pretrial Motions and the Joint Pretrial Statement and Proposed Order shall be filed on before September 30, 2005. In all other respects, the Court's scheduling Order, filed August 27, 2004 (#22), as previously amended, shall remain in effect.
