Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Discovery Motion Deadline, filed June 20, 2005 (#69). Plaintiff seeks a sixty day extension of the June 16, 2005 deadline for filing discovery and disclosure motions. Defendants have not responded. In the Court's order (#70) unfiled July 12, 2005, the Court granted Defendants an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's discovery, and consequently extended the discovery motion deadline to August 12, 2005. The additional four days is unnecessary. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Discovery Motion Deadline, filed June 20, 2005 (#69) is DENIED.
