Plaintiffs and Defendants, through their undersigned counsel, submit this Joint Proposed Summary Judgment Briefing Schedule pursuant to the Court's order entered on December 18, 2007. The parties propose the following briefing schedule: 1. 2. Plaintiffs shall file their Motion for Summary Judgment on March 8, 2008; Defendants shall file their Responses to Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary

Judgment and Defendants' Motions for Summary Judgment on April 8, 2008; 3. Plaintiffs shall file their Response to Defendants' Motions for Summary

Judgment and Reply to Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment on May 8, 2008; and 4. Defendants shall file their Replies on June 9, 2008.

The parties also propose that the page limits for the briefs be enlarged so that the page limits for the motions for summary judgment and responses are 25 pages and for the replies are 20 pages.
