briefing is requested on the summary judgment motions. The parties were given time to continue a discussion of settlement, but that discussion has not produced a resolution of the issues. The parties have agreed that the stay should be lifted in light of the Ninth Circuit's recent decision in Spry v. Thompson, 487 F.3d 1272 (9th Cir. 2007). They have agreed upon the following schedule for supplemental briefing: 1. Opening Brief from Plaintiffs, due February 15, 2008. 2. Response from Defendants, due March 15, 2008. 3. Reply from Plaintiffs, due April 1, 2008. The parties further agreed to follow the page limits specified in LR Civ 7.2(e).
