17 Pursuant to Local Rule 7.2(e), Rules of Practice for the United States
18 District Court, District of Arizona, Plaintiff moves this Court for an Order permitting
lg her to exceed the seventeen (17) page limit for responses to Motions for Summary

21 Judgment.
22 The reason for this Motion is that Defendants, Terravita Country Club, Inc.,
23 Terravita Golf Club, Inc., Aaron Michaelson and Joan Burnett, filed a Motion for
24 Summary Judgment on all eight (8) counts of the Amended Complaint. Plaintiff
25 must now produce sufficient evidence to this Court to show material issues of fact

1 do, in fact, exist. Plaintiff cannot adequately address each and every allegation
2 Defendants have alleged in their Motion within the allotted seventeen (17) pages;
3 therefore, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Honorable Court to grant her
4 permission to exceed the seventeen (17) page limit for filing her Response, up to a
5
maximum of twenty seven (27) pages.

7 Counsel for Defendants Larry and Phyl Ray has no objections to this
8 l\/lotion. Counsel for Defendants Terravita Country Club, lnc., Terravita Golf Club,
9 Inc., Aaron Michaelson, and Joan Burnett, has been contacted but has not
10 responded to this request.
