Nor does it contain a certification that a copy was mailed to the attorney for the defendant. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that plaintiff shall cause a copy of his recently filed document to be sent to the attorney for defendant and shall file with this court a certificate that he has served the copy on the attorney for the defendant. To the extent that the document may be construed to request any relief of the court, the motion is denied, but the court will reconsider the motion if plaintiff serves a copy on the attorney for the defendant and files a certification to that effect as herein ordered.
