2 over forty years of age. He was born in 195 (Ex. A 32, Bates No. TGCC 01868).

4 83. Pursuant to the Agreement with Country Club, OB hired Torn Glaser
5 ("Glaser”) to manage Country Club at an annual salary of $90,000 plus a $4,200 annual
6 car allowance and a potential bonus of 20% of bas_e salary. (Ex A 33, Plaintiffs Fourth
