Previously, Petitioner requested 380 hours of law student resources ($9,500), to assist him in researching the merits of his remaining claims. (Dkt. 87.) This Court limited Petitioner's request, authorizing only 200 law student hours, not to exceed a total of $5,000. The Court noted that this limit was without prejudice to a request for additional funding. (Dkt. 88.) Petitioner submits that he inadvertently allowed an amount in excess of $5,000 to be expended by law students in researching the merits of his remaining claims and requests the Court to authorize these additional hours. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Petitioner's motion for additional law student funding. (Dkt. 117.) The Court authorizes Petitioner an additional 103.8 law student hours at $25 per hour, or $2,595. When submitting a voucher for reimbursement, a copy of this Order approving the law student expense must be attached, along with documentation of the
