On or about 19 November 1981, I was booked into the Maricopa
· County Jail on charges of First Degree Murder, Kidnaping, Aggravated
Robbery and Theft.,
During the booking procedure, I was interviewed by your person-
nel reference classification. There are also other instances whereby ,
I met with classification officers, and I am now inquiring as to
what procedures I must go through in order to gain copies of every-
thing in my classification file pertaining to the particular booking
number related above.
If, in addition to this notarized letter, which I intend to be
your authorization to release this information, I need to remit some
sort of fee for copying purposes, please advise me of this fact so that
I can make that arrangement, “ -
At any rate, I would appreciate your reply at your earliest con-
venience, as I need these documents for a pending, court action. Thank
