18 This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiff s Application for Default

and Motion for Entry of Default Judgment, and based upon Defendant PAL LLC’s failure

21 to Answer and defend the First Amended Complaint in this matter and by the entry of
22 default by the Clerk pursuant to Rule 55(b)(l), for good cause appearing,
2 3 IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

l. Default Iudgment is granted in favor of Plaintiff against Defendant PAL
2 5
2 6 LLC.

1 2. Plaintiff is awarded the sum of $411,720, as damages, as proscribed and
2 demanded as a sum certain in the First Amended Complaint and as follows;

4 a. Back Pay of $9,520.00 which is the difference in pay between
5 the co—workers.
6 b. Loss of pay of $31,200.00 since unlawful lay off and the first
7 filing ofthe First Amended Complaint.

9 c. $15,000.00 for tl1e monetary loss and expenses resulting from
10 Defendants’ malicious tactic against the Plaintiff Refusing to
ll pay final wages, and contesting unemployment benefits.
12 d. Compensation in the amount of $156,000.00 for five years of

future front pay.

15 e. Compensation in the amount of $150,000.00 for intentional
1 6 infliction of duress, embarrassment, extreme emotional and
ll mental suffering due to being discriminated against for the

Plaintiffs’ gender.

2 O f Punitive damages in the amount of $50,000.00 as punishment
21 for knowingly, intentionally and recklessly violating the
22 discrimination laws and malicious retaliation against the
