I 2. Plaintiff is awarded the sum of $411,720, as damages, as proscribed and

2 demanded as a sum certain in the First Amended Complaint and as follows;

a. Back Pay of $9,520.00 which is the difference in pay between

6 b. Loss of pay of $31,200.00 since unlawful lay off and the first
7 filing of the First Amended Complaint.

c. $15,000.00 for the monetary loss and expenses resulting from

10 Defendants’ malicious tactic against the Plaintiff. Refusing to
11 pay final wages, and contesting unemployment benefits.
12 d. Compensation in the amount of $156,000.00 for five years of

future front pay.
