Petition to Revoke Supervised Release
COMES NOW PROBATION OFFICER Myra Roper presenting an official report on Alexander Lee
THOMAS who was committed to the Bureau of Prisons on June 5, 2006, by the Honorable David G.
Campbell presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A 33-month period of supervised release was
imposed, and supervision commenced upon the offender's discharge from imprisonment on July 13,
2006. In addition to the general terms and conditions adopted by the Court in General Order 05-36, the
offender was ordered to comply with the following special conditions:
1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse
treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of
treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.
2. You shall submit to search of person, property, vehicles, business, and residence to be conducted
in a reasonable manner and at a reasonable time by, or at the direction of, the probation officer.
3. You shall reside and participate in a com munity corrections centerfor 90 days, unless discharged
earlier by the probation officer.
Alexander Lee THOMAS was convicted of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

On July 26, 2006, Thomas was instructed via a voice mail message to reporFto the probatio? office on
July 27, 2006, or July 31, 2006. Thomas left the probation officer a voice mail message acknowledging
the instruction and stating he would report. However, Thomas did not report to the probation office on
either July 27 or July 31, 2006, and has not been heard from since. A Grade C violation.
