Undersigned counsel has been substituted as counsel of record for John Boyle, as John Boyle will be out of the office beginning May 28, 2008. Undersigned counsel has just returned to the office after a two year foreign assignment and needs adequate time to review the file and prepare the response effectively. Therefore, the government respectfully requests an extension until May 30, 2008, within which to file a Reply in Support of the Show Cause issued on April 16, 2008. Defendant's attorney has been contacted and a message was left for him.
