United States of America, CR-04-0014-001- PHX-DGC Plaintiff, v. RUBEN LOPEZ-FELIX, Defendant. The United States of America, by and through its undersigned attorney, respectfully requests the Court deny the Defendant's Revised Petition for Exoneration and Return of Bail. The United States intends to pursue, this week, forfeiture of the bond posted by Defendant in satisfaction of this Court's Final Order of Forfeiture dated September 20, 2006. The United States intends to satisfy the monetary judgment pursuant to Rule 32.2(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Title 21, United States Code, Section 853(p).
