The Defendant shall show cause why the following order should not issue in this matter: On motion of the United States of America and it appearing to the Court that the defendant, Ruben Lopez-Felix, has $100,000 on deposit in the Registry fund of this Court representing cash bail herein, and It further appearing that the defendant, RUBEN LOPEZ-FELIX was ordered by this Court on September 20, 2006, to pay a money judgment in the sum of $100,000 and that said judgment remains unpaid, and that the defendant is the owner of the $100,000 on deposit in the Registry of this Court thereof, IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk is directed to apply the $100,000 cash bond proceeds herein to the restitution ordered, by transferring said funds to the United States of America for disposition in accordance with law.
