A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release having been filed and Defendant having admitted the allegation that he violated Special Conditions #3 and #4 of his conditions of supervised release and the Court having found that defendant has violated the terms and conditions of supervised release. The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter 7 policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the disposition reports and any attachments and finds a sanction outside the Chapter 7 policy statements appropriate. IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release is REVOKED. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS, concurrent to the sentence imposed in 00-cr01202-PCT-PGR.
