It would be inappropriate to conduct a restitution hearing for this Defendant prior to sentencing/restitution determination for co-defendant Hazlett. The co-defendant is scheduled for sentencing on August 29, 2006. Undersigned counsel is advised that Assistant United States Attorney will have an updated and more accurate restitution amount if this matter is set to a date and time after the co-defendant's sentencing. For the reason above stated, the Defendant urges a continuance of 60 days. The Assistant United States Attorney, Richard Mesh, does not oppose this request.
