THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion to Modify Monthly Restitution Payments [Doc. 273] and reducing Defendant's monthly restitution payment to an amount equal to 5 (five) percent of Defendant's gross annual income, subject to annual revisions by the Probation Office and adjustments that are appropriate as ordered by the Court. /// ///
