Neither the Government nor the United States Probation Officer objects to granting a modification at this time. The Court finds granting a modification to a percentage of Defendant's gross income may prevent parties from needing to motion the Court for further modification in the future. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED granting Defendant's Motion to Modify Monthly Restitution Payments [Doc. 273] and reducing Defendant's monthly restitution payment to an amount equal to 5 (five) percent of Defendant's gross annual income, subject to annual revisions by the Probation Office and adjustments that are appropriate as ordered by the Court. /// ///
