IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the government's Motion to Continuing Sentencing is 16 17 hereby granted pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3161(h)(8)(A). This court specifically finds that the ends 18 of justice to be serve by granting the continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and 19 defendant in a speedy trial. These findings are based upon the court's conclusion that the failure 20 to grant the continuance would deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary to complete 21 his obligations under a proposed plea agreement, taking into the account the exercise of due 22 diligence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3161(h)(8)(B)(iv). 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED continuing the sentencing in the above caption matter to the 24 24 day of October, 2005 at 9:00 a.m., for the reasons stated in the attached Motion. 25 26 /// 27 /// 28
