The defendant was originally placed on probation by this Court on October 19, 2004. On

August 26, 2005, a Petition for violation of conditions of probation was filed alleging a violation of

Standard Condition Nos. 3,9, 13, 19 and Special Conditions No. l and 4.

On September 13, 2005, the defendant appeared with counsel, Jerry Hernandez, and the
14
Government was represented by AUSA Darcy Cerow for a detention and preliminary revocation
15
hearing. The defendant waived all hearings. Defendant admits to violating Special Condition No. 1 as
16
alleged in the Petition. The Court determines that the admission is voluntary and did not result
17
from threats or promises. Further, that there is a factual basis for the admission. Defendant waives the

Presentence Report and agrees to go to final disposition.

It is determined by this Comt that the defendant has committed the violation contained in

allegation A-Special Condition No. 1.

IT IS ORDERED that the defendant's probation is revoked.

ITIS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant Rhonn Ramon Carrillo is committed to

the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a period of Four (4) Months.
