L Comes now the Government by and through undersigned cotmsel, hereby requests that

15 the court order that the Indictment in CR 04-0675-PHX-JAT and defendant’s Judgment and
16 Commitment document be unsealed for use at the defendant’s deportation hearing. The
17 defendant’s Judgment and Commitment was sealed because the defendant entered into a
18 cooperation agreement in the above-entitled action.
IQ Accordingly, the government requests that the court unseal the above documents for the
2Q iimited purpose of providing them to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for use at the
21 defendant’s deportation proceeding.
22 The Government further requests that the Indictment in CR 04-0675-PHX-JAT and
23 defendant’s Judgment and Commitment remain sealed for all other purposes.
24 In order to limit public disclosure of Tomlison’s cooperation agreement, the Government
25 respectfully requests that this Motion and Order be sealed.
