As to defendant Wahl (06), IT IS ORDERED that counsel appear at a Status Conference on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. in Phoenix, Arizona before Judge Teilborg (Courtroom 503). Because this is a status conference, it will not be necessary for the defendant to appear in person.
