‘ The motion of Gail Gianasi Natale, Esq., to withdraw as counsel of record ·
under Anders v. Calybmia, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), is referred to the panel assigned
to hear the merits of this appeal. The panel will conduct an independent review of
the record. See Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 80-81 (1988). After it conducts its -
review, the merits panel will determine whether counsel may be allowed to
p p withdraw andwhether new counsel will be appointed. See id. at H
. . Appellant may file a pro sesupplemental opening brief raising any issues by
May 24, 2007. On or before June 25, 2007, appellee shall file the answering brief
· or notify this court that it stands on its letter, filed on March 13, 2007, that no
