The defendant hereby adopts and incorporates herein the contents of said motion filed by defendant, John Desiderio, substituting "Harvey Sloinker, Jr." for "John Desiderio" where appropriate. Defendant, Harvey Sloniker, also deletes "forthwith" on the face page of the motion, and the paragraph immediately under the MEMORANDUM on page four of defendant, Desiderio's motion.
