The defendant hereby adopts and incorporates herein the contents of said motion filed by defendant, John Desiderio, substituting "Harvey Sloinker, Jr." for "John Desiderio" where appropriate. It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 3161(h)(1)(F) will occur as a result of this motion of from an Order based thereon.
