COMES NOW, Defendant, Harvey Sloniker, by and through undersigned counsel, and respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter an Order extending the time for filing defendant's reply memoranda to the Government's responses to Defendant's motions until September 30, 2005, for the reason that defense counsel is currently in a multi-defendant trial before the Honorable Warren Granville in case number CR2004-012443-002-DT. Assistant United States Attorneys, Rachel Hernandez and Gary Restaino have been contacted and they have no objection to this motion. It is expected that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 3161(h)(1)(F) may occur as a result of this motion of from an Order based thereon. WHEREFORE, defendant Harvey Sloniker, respectfully requests the time for filing reply motions be extended to and including September 30, 2005.
